A healer.
A controversial name it has become these days. People saying they don’t call themselves healers but it is in fact what they are.
Shame?
Where have all the healers gone.
I call them forward now.
Why do our names go unspoken?
Why are we so afraid to say it?
I am a Healer.
For us lost Healers…
Afraid to say our own names.
I write this expose for you.
What is a healer?
A healer is a channel of Divine energy on Earth. A healer simply allows the true nature of their souls to flow through them – as them.
They allow, the infinite Source energy of the One True Creator, the Divine within them to flow through – as them.
Perhaps I have misspoken, it has been so long since I’ve openly been allowed to even say the word Healer, much less write about it.
This is what a Healer does.
But what is A Healer?
A Healer, is one, who connects us to the Truth within us, so we can heal ourselves.
I could be finished here but it wouldn’t do us Healers much good as we continue to try to remove ourselves from the picture in shame so let’s call ourselves out in this process without fear and talk about what we are – what we do.
Us Healers.
Let us be what we are.
I am a Healer.
And this is what I do.
For my Brothers and Sisters who have forgotten rise from the shadows out of doubt and shame and let me remind you what it is, we do.
A healer, shines the light of their being, forward into the night.
Lighthouses on the shores of life for those tossing in the seas.
Plugged into Source within themselves they allow this infinite, inexhaustible current to flow through them and shine onto all the souls who need them.
They turn the light on in a dark room so the souls can see again. See themselves in the light, looking into their own mirrors.
Healers make these souls aware of themselves. By turning on the light.
Disconnected from their own Light they can’t turn it on for themselves yet.
Healers work with them to clear all the rubble and wreckage in the way dissolving it with the power of their Light so that soul can get back to mission control and face their own switch.
To look it in the face
On
Or
Off.
The Healer walks with them right to the door to their greatest tool of all –
Them Selves.
All – the way Home.
Not halfway
but all the way
Home.
So, they can choose, truly choose
do I want to turn it on and be a lighthouse on the shore of life for myself and all others?
Many souls, turn to the Healer beside them given the choice, shake their head no… they want to go back to the dark room. Not ready yet.
And the Healer bows their head and accepts their free will decision, knowing in their hearts, at least they had a choice.
No longer a lost soul wandering alone in the wreckage of themselves alone in the dark. They found the way Home, and decided not to walk through the door.
Them being in the dark room becomes a choice now.
The Healer… they can live with that.
Each being a Creator, a Divine Being on Earth with the switch in their hands – they must know what they are doing.
But it is us Healers my dear friends
that put that switch
that On or Off
back in that soul’s Hands.
Where it belongs.
We are sad…to see them go back to the dark room of their own free will. Sad… to lose them for it is a path we do not walk.
To stay alone in the dark room with the other souls in chosen purgatory.
No, it is not the path we walk – Us true Healers.
We instead, wipe our tears, feel our grief… and continue on… with the knowledge we helped one more soul – Find their way Home – regardless of what they chose…
And we go searching for another lost soul in need of a Light to find their way Home.
They know the way.
We simply light the lamp and follow them home – helping them clear the rubble in the way as it dissolves in the power of our love, in the power of our Light.
And sometimes. There is a soul who chooses the On button.
And their Light House Lights up the night.
And with tears in our eyes we watch the beauty of this soul, this unique soul, only one of a kind in all creation, light up the night in a way like no other.
We get to see the blessing of the Divine Creation on Earth that is them in the Power of their own light with that switch in their hands as they pat us on the back and say thank you – I can take it from here.
Some travel onwards with us as they begin lighting their own way dissolving their own darkness as our two lights together become even stronger lighting the way for ourselves and for others who may want to join us on their own way home.
And we find this soul helping us light up our own shadows helping us to see our own way home as we journey onwards.
There’s a special soul…
One who I helped to his door to Light his own light – one who selected
On.
And it was this soul…
On the Eve of an eventful day in August that found me lost with people I no longer knew downtown in a group walking on campus from a UFT Masters I didn’t want to take and he smiled and said in the midst of this group of people where I knew he didn’t belong.
Let me walk you Home.
And I followed him away from them… away from all the places I didn’t belong…
Because I knew wherever he was taking me… had to be Home.
He promised me – and he made good on it one day.
You see sometimes – we are the ones that need saving.
Because We Choose To Be.
As they say …
What you save
Saves you.
Why do we do it?
Because God gave us this gift,
And what are we doing?
If not using it.
This is what it is
To be
A Healer.
Say it out loud to yourself,
Let the world hear it,
